PHISICAL PRODUCTS WITH DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ATTACHED:
We cannot refund or exchange a product that comes with an attached digital download, following the same rule above of the "immediate availability of the item".

ALL OTHER PHISICAL PRODUCTS WITHOUT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ATTACHED:
No refund is available, only return and exchange with the same product or, in case of no stock, another equivalent value product.
